Sold The Wrong Size Belt Terribly disappointed! Have been a yearly customer of Rochester Lawn Equipment for years including recently for a chain saw repair. Now have replaced a belt that they measured and sold us. After using the drive belt twice and it coming off, we returned it to be told it was too worn! Why did you sell us the wrong size to begin with! Go to Billings, who gave us the correct belt with no problems. At 30 bucks a pop this guy has a great scam going!
They know their stuff I had to take my old Honda lawn mower in for service. They quoted a price and when I came back to pick up the lawn mower they said the problem was not as severe and charged me less. Even though my lawn mower is old they always have parts in stock for reasonable prices.
