Massage does wonders for my body. I get many benefits from it! I've learned that it is not passive, one must breathe into it, and consciously relax into if it becomes a bit uncomfortable. The mind/body connection that happens is profound. I always leave feeling refreshed, calm, and happy. The staff is friendly and caring, and very knowledgeable.
I had a massage with Michael J. I told him the areas that were sore and tight. He worked on those areas specially while attending to other adjacent areas. Afterwards I felt 100% better. If you are in need of relaxing or have sore muscles. I highly recommend Rochester Holistic Arts.
