Rochester Mirror and Glass has very poor customer service. I would caution using them. I needed help determining my needs for a kitchen remodel. They were not interested in helping me. Ended up using a much more customer friendly company!
We asked Rochester Glass to look at doing an installation for us. The salesman didn't seem to know much and wasn't very pleasant. We decided to go with another company.
I have used this company many times for picture frame glass and have always been happy with the price and quality of work. They even cut a small heart-shaped glass piece for me - even though it didn't bring them in much money, they still took the time to do it. They are now cutting a large piece of glass for Avondale High School's senior picture that will hang in the high school hallway for a very reasonable price - Michael's wanted over $100 (the thickness/type of glass is different, but we wanted a cost-effective solution)... read more
