Very professional and did a wonderful job working with my son. There was some miscommunication about where the services were to take place on their end, which was an issue with our daycare. Otherwise a great experience.
I love going here because it's close, the employees are great.
I had a problem with one hearing aid not working. Called the office, they got me right in, and the audiologist was able to fix it for me. Everyone in the office was helpful, friendly, and very professional.
Given the mediocre customer service experience post-pandemic with so many businesses, I was extremely pleased with how pleasant everyone was at the center. So very nice from the receptionist to the audiologist. They walk you through the entire hearing test process and every question I had was answered with patience and care. I highly recommend.

They don’t push a specific product, but give you choices while explaining the pros and cons of each, such as hearing aides. I highly recommend them.
