Brought my 2016 Taurus SHO in for a check engine light that was flashing, was told it was bad compression in cylinder 4 due to a damaged piston ring. I was quoted $1950 parts and labor and it would be finished in a few days. I get a call on the day I'm supposed to pick it up and I'm told I'll need a new engine due to a bent rod.
