The reps were very nice I went in for a noise the investigations was 70 then they said they greased the tailgate bracket for 100. That was a bit excessive. Unlike Bill Dube no vehicle pick up and drop off for free. And I don’t know I needed air in one tire you do a multipoint inspection and can’t add air. For me you get one chance I will not be back I will use Bill Dube they are more professional.
On my first visit to McFarland Ford for a recall notice. My service advisor was Richard. And I was very pleased with his high degree of professionalism and product knowledge. He immediately made me feel very welcome and like a long time customer. And took the time to explain in detail what work had been done. Very helpful from the initial interaction of collecting the data and evaluating my needs to checking in, the update on the specific of the particular problem estimate, call my car was ready and finally the bill. Surprisingly the final bill was less than the estimate (granted only a few bucks but less ) how often does that happen.
