I have spoken with Mr. ****** and he is satisfied with our attempt to resolve this situation.Due to a lag in the inventory feed for pricing on our websites, the price online was listed as something less than was actually posted on the vehicle at the physical location. We purchased a Used Vehicle from them in mid September, specifically Rochester Ford. The sales experience was wonderful seeing as we drove 1.5hours just to look at the car which we did buy. The car was delivered in what I would consider an unreasonable amount of time because they had not inspected the vehicle before they put it up for sale. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in Nov 2019. I’ve had problems with it since day 1. I will not go through all of the phone calls I’ve made, time I’ve spent at Eau Claire Ford (trying to get things fixed), and frustration I’ve dealt with. Customer service in Rochester was horrible. Although the people were kind, I could never get a hold of who I needed to. Was passed all over the company and talked to different people in different positions.
