Employees not wearing masks and appointment times are meaninglessness, even at 7am.
Wow - absolutely incredible! I was having issues with a molar, which turned out I needed a root canal. This was my first root canal, so I was nervous. Plus, not being able to have laughing gas or light sedation due to COVID-19 didn't help my nerves either. However, this experience was great! Warm atmosphere thanks to staff, even though they were very light on staff with COVID-19. Dr. Gray and his staff were amazing! I was referred by my dentist for a procedure and was pleasantly surprised to get in at Roch Endotontics the very same day! Very friendly and kind staff and the procedure went very smoothly. Thank you all very much😊
What an incredible experience! The staff was so friendly and put you at ease immediately! The root canal was not my idea of a good time, but this is definitely the absolute best place to get one done!
Oh my goodness. I had my first ever root canal and I was completely freaked out. The whole team put me completely at ease. They listened and cared. I pray I don’t need to see them again, but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands. Thank you for compassionate care!
