We did not authorize the ordering of a part, yet we were charged for it anyway. We returned the part promptly, but the company initially refused to issue a credit until we escalated the issue and pushed back. After finally being told a credit was processed, we called simply to request a copy of the credit invoice so our accounting team could properly close it out.
