Ive been using this dealership for my wife's car for 11 years. They've done everything they can over those 11 years to ensure I never darken their door again. 1. They left an oil filter loose and lied about it. 2. Stripped every single screw holding the air box cover on.. 3. Missing 4 of 6 interior screws to access the cabin air filter. Im not saying all experiences are bad, but the pride they take in performing service work is non existent.
Have you heard about the little old lady that went in for a oil change and ended up with ether a new motor or being told you need a new car. Go somewhere that doesn't sell cars.
Amanda is always kind and very helpful. If this score was based off some of the sales team I wouldn't even give them a star. One of the sales team started a Corvette up and continued to rev the engine. The last time it was reved it was ear piercing and the dealership was filled with fumes. I was in the waiting area with other customers we all left because of this. I went and talked to Amanda she addressed the situation since she heard it.
