I appreciate how helpful Josh in service is. He has gone out of his way to get me help from Audi on an out of warranty issue as well as any available discounts for regular service.
From first walking through the door to driving off in my new car, Karl and the rest of the team at Park Place Audi made my purchase of a new car the best I’ve had buying a vehicle. When I decided on the car, I felt the price was fair and the potential add ons were made available and explained without any pressure. Everyone made me feel welcome, taken care of, and happy to return for service during my ownership. If the experience stays the same, I’ll be back for my next Audi or BMW when I’m ready for a new one!

My transmission went out 6 hours from home so I had my q7 towed to the closest audi dealership. Joshua Kern was great! Very friendly and thorough with information and explanations. They replaced my transmission and I have no complaints. Probably the best experience I could of had leaving my car 2 states away.
