Had an issue with my 2020 Audi S4 screen rebooting every 5-10 minutes endlessly. Did my own research and found this is an extremely common issue with 2020 Audis in the last few months with an ongoing NHTSA investigation along with DOZENS of active forum threads about it dating less than 1-3 months ago. This dealership is a joke. We were going to buy a Q5 from them and scheduled a time to test drive it. When we arrived we were told that the owners wife had it and we would have to come back. We came back and asked for the car fax records and why it wasn’t a certified preowned. We were jerked around for awhile before demanding the car fax records.
