The club is fine but don't buy anything at the store and expect to be able to return it. I bought a pair of swim goggles and used them for half a lap and wanted to return them and they won't take them back even on exchange. My family is officially boycotting the store and the restaurant. Very unreasonable!
The club in general is fine. However, when management recently changed, they laid off one of THE most dedicated employees they had.. one of the last founders left at the RAC. He was let go after 20+ years of work, one year before he could retire. Someone who gave his entire mind, body, and soul to that club. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never think of the RAC the same again - and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to use your facility, ever. Very cold - you should be so proud as you've completely ruined a man'... read more
It would be a lot better if they would let kids under 13 in the fitness place
