I tried to make an appointment in Dec.. when "Angela" found out I had a GC for a madi and pedi she all of a sudden didn't have anything until Jan (which was fine) made my appointment for Jan 9th.Friday! She called me Wed to confirm my appointment. I was working so I called Thur morning to confirm that I would be there...she informed me she gave my appointment to someone else because I didn't call her right back! What? Terrible customer service. God forbid that you have a gift certificate. Once they have your money it's over... this one's for Lisa.
Total disregard for appointments booked well in advance.
