Anytime I need something done their office is conveniently closed. Literally open for 4 hours! Anything I need done takes weeks for a response. Definitely will never recommend this company to anyone. Edit from a year or more later: Finally moved out and didn’t get a deposit back (big suprise). Charging over $400+ dollars to change locks and hundreds of dollars more for miscellaneous vague descriptions of things upon move out inspection. They refused to refund my deposit because they couldn't process half payments even though they did accept then throughout the whole period I was renting the apt. I had heard thst they had this reputation and thought it couldn't be that bad but it is. Stay away from these people
Complete slum lords. They continuously violate their own leases. They won't fix anything and want their tenants to pay for maintenance. They're also okay with people's apartments being infested with bugs. Truly shows they care not about their tenants, only money.
A lady told me she had a 2 bedroom after I paid the application fee she STOPPED talking to me. I need somebody to reach out to me because this is ridiculous I shouldn’t have to be calling nonstop to see what’s going on with my application.
My landlord for 5 years . Just put a new faucet in a Moen. Very easy to do business with.
