Very thorough in his diagnosis. I read other reviews about Dr. Roche and agree with most of them. I wanted to add my experience here. Dr. Roche has a wry sense of humor and I feel he has a traditional and slightly conservative approach to treating his patients. He is not aggressive in prescribing meds and takes his time to gauge exactly what a patient needs. I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experiences with Dr. Roche after seeing him for over one year. As a patient, I believe it is important to have open and respectful communication with my doctor, but unfortunately, I have felt that this has not been the case during my visits. I just accompanied my husband to an appointment and wanted to leave a review. I deal with several chronic illnesses and it's not often I get a doctor that takes their time with you, takes an in-depth history and then asks you to share your own concerns, thoughts and feelings about your health issues. I just found a new rheumatologist for myself!
