RecommendedThe people there are super friendly. I was worried because of my credit, but the guys there worked literally hours on getting me in the car that I wanted. Had all of that work they did not pan out they were still going to drive me home. Thankfully that wasn't the case and I drove off the lot in my brand "new-to-me" Nissan Murano. Stopped by their lot after a friend got a car from them. Told them I was just looking and seeing what options I had around the area. No anger or pressure of you need to go through them. Explained why I was doing what I was doing and was given a card and told if I want to call and see my options later it was all good. Despite the stigma of used car lots and the 'car salesman' persona that I have come to expect from the industry, these guys have exceeded my expectations at every turn. Had a very pleasant experience at Rocha Family Auto. Mike Rocha is knowledgeable and very TRANSPARENT. I also love that this place does CONSIGNMENT. I have a very busy work schedule and I find it UNBELIEVABLY fair and convenient! Mitchel was so great to work with he seriously went above and beyond of what I needed and wanted. All the employees at Rocha are all very caring and really did their best to make sure I drove the car I wanted home!
