My truck went in for work and came our running worse then when it went in. Had to take it to a different mechanic after they kept pushing it off and acting like there wasn't an issue afterwards. Found out incorrect parts where put in and have damaged my engine, 2 years later struggling with a truck that I owned for years before them and never had an issue with.
I was on a road trip through the U.S. when I suddenly had an issue with my car. Since I was just passing through town, I didn’t have an appointment and honestly wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to help me on short notice. To my surprise, Rocco immediately welcomed me in, put my car up on the lift, and fixed the problem right away. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. I went to a shop in town that took 6 different times to figure out a coolant leak. I went to Rocco’s Repair and they actually fixed the leak and they knew what they were doing. Thank you!!
Just stopped in to make an appointment, they took my truck right now, fixed it and I am very great full, awsome job, I'll be back, and love the fur babies.
