If the customer service to this facility was better i would of gave a great rating, however they use their Caller ID very well to avoid speaking with certain individual’s customers I’ve called this place numerous times with no answer and coincidentally when i use my Google Voice number Boom they answer immediately…… its sad because this place does great body work!!! One time the lady who answers the phone had me on hold for 22mins.. and after giving her my name and car information… I then called from my work phone she answer... read more
Had to take my car here after it was hit while it was parked. They repaired a side panel and replaced the bumper, it looks great. The work was completed ahead of schedule and everyone was very friendly. Would bring my car here again.
Best customer service and excellent repair done and much sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Rocco's.
