Very disappointed. My son wanted to get a haircut for prom. He was questioning what he wanted so we suggested that he go to a salon thinking they could help him decide. The appointment lasted less than half hour and cost much more than his normal cut. We knew how much it was going to cost up front but when he was done, it was hard to tell he had even had a cut.
