Mr. Roccia was fantastic to work with. He is clearly experienced and an expert in his craft. He was able to schedule and complete work quickly. Photos were provided before and after repairing and coating my flat roof. I was very happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I will be using him again in the future no doubt.
We used Roccia Roofing for a new roof that was needed on a rental property that we were getting ready to sell. We experienced good communication from the owner, John, and a fair price for the project. John and his crew showed up when they said they would to do the job (in fact, they proactively completed the smaller roof on the home the day before), and were professional.
I called and left a message someone got back with me and schedule the day they was coming And they never showed up or called! It's hard to find good help!!!
Attentive and very fairly priced.
