RecommendedJust had the interior of my Jeep detailed after two years of owning it. I’m seriously SO IMPRESSED by the job ROC did! I had a stain on the leather of one of my seats and they were able to get it out! My detail was done in a very timely manner, and they worked with me to pay when I dropped it off and let me pick it up after they were closed! Will definitely be coming back in the future!
I recommend roc performance 100%, I came in with a problem that needed to be addressed and Zach and his team executed it fast and affordable I recommend roc performance over anyone they put my exhaust on and it sounds amazing
They said they could get dog urine out of my daughters car and didn’t. Charged for it. Went to KV Auto and detail as they said they could get it out for $40 and they did. Roc detail charged about $150. Went back to them and they offered $20 refund. They wish they could of had a chance to work on it again but that was not offered. Pretty disappointing to take advantage of my 21 year old daughter. They could of offered a free detailing or something but just $20.
Roc Detail basically fried the battery in my wife's car which in then then fried the radio. They accepted no responsibility and and still charged me full price for the detail. Stay away from these guys!!!!
