I cannot find the words I want to say about Dr. Bevilacqua . I'm so thankful we found him. Dr. Bevilacqua not only very Talented but his customer service is A++++ he really goes above and beyond for his patients. I highly recommend him.
Waited 3 months to have a consult with him and his wife who does Ortho and then after I called back saying I had gained the weight he wanted me to and even more than he wanted me to I repeatedly asked the staff what was going on with my case and they said give us your number and we'll get back to you and they never did. Do Not Go Here he wasted my time and never even sent a pre estimate to insurance, especially don't go here if you have Husky I think he thinks it won't pay even though they are great insurance for those who n... read more
Dr Kozack is a very caring person who listens to her patients. I have been in her care for many years and she is always there for me and has my best interests at heart. I would recommend her highly to all who seek a Doctor with a passion for what she does and a woman who really sees her patients as individuals and has time for them. I have always felt she is trustworthy and my heart Doctor who truly has a heart!!!! One satisfied patient here!!!!

I had to put a star in order to post this but I give this doctor 0 stars. Had taken my son to this doctor in the past for teeth extraction. He is 18 and has had issues with his teeth falling out. The last time we went, the ortho had recommend that 2 wisdom teeth be removed. He refused to remove the teeth, had some very nasty comments against the ortho, told us that my son probably would never get his permanent teeth and said that we had a nice lawsuit against the ortho. She is proactive and a timely referral likely prevented my child’s condition from getting much worse
She provided a thorough examination of my child, but when it was time to answer questions and create a plan of action, she decided the appointment was over. She actually told us to "read about it on Wikipedia." Very disappointing advice, as every school-age kid today is taught not to trust crowd-sourced Wikipedia.
She took the time to answer every last question about my grandchild, and I had a long list. She was great with my granddaughter and made her feel very comfortable. Explained her diagnosis to me and her grandfather, and even took the time to call mom on her cell phone during the visit!
