She made me feel very pressured to breastfeed even though my kid wouldn't latch, and even though I was almost exclusively pumping. I never felt heard or respected and this type of care has continued as my child has grown. I'd prefer to see anyone else at the practice- most of whom are lovely, listen, and never make me feel pressured to do anything.

She is proactive and a timely referral likely prevented my child’s condition from getting much worse
She provided a thorough examination of my child, but when it was time to answer questions and create a plan of action, she decided the appointment was over. She actually told us to "read about it on Wikipedia." Very disappointing advice, as every school-age kid today is taught not to trust crowd-sourced Wikipedia.
She took the time to answer every last question about my grandchild, and I had a long list. She was great with my granddaughter and made her feel very comfortable. Explained her diagnosis to me and her grandfather, and even took the time to call mom on her cell phone during the visit!
