My husband's counselor is always taking personal calls during his visit. They start the meeting 10-15 minutes late and end it 10-15 early, but we are still charged for the full hour! Plus they are super expensive. We had to get help from our Church to help us pay, and basically we're paying to hear the counselor talk on the phone the entire time. My husband doesn't seem to be helped at all, as the problem is the same or worse. He just comes home mad instead. Its very frustrating.

Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Not really Would you refer this psychologist to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychologist? No, it took a while Did this psychologist have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Did this psychologist listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this psychologist always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Would you recommend this psychologist to others? If I Had To Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat
