I would give this company zero stars if I could. Stay away from it if you are wanting to transport your car. We scheduled to transport a truck back in March 2023 for a delivery of June 10, 2023. They gave us a quote we were comfortable with and told us they would call when they scheduled a driver. Starting a month prior, we contact the company looking for updates. Robust Auto Group's customer service is abysmal. I had a problem with my vehicle shortly after purchasing it, and they were unresponsive and unwilling to help.
Stay away from Robust Auto Group if you value transparency. They hid important information about the vehicle's history and condition, and I ended up with a lemon.
I had a fantastic experience with Robust Car Transport, and Ron's assistance was exemplary. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that my car was delivered on time.
