This handyman business (owner: Robert William Cerhan III, born 10/1966) does not even deserve a one star and Robert Cerhan is simply a fraudulent criminal who has cheated us out of $2800. In summer of 2024, Robert Cerhan did a few handyman work for us to build trust. Immediately afterwards, he proceeded to tell us that we needed to replace our induction stove instead of just repairing it. Robert Cerhan defrauded us out of money by demanding money up front to buy expensive materials and then disappeared without buying any material or doing any work. He is a fraudster.
Rob is an excellent Handy man. Very honest and dependable. I have used Rob for several home improvement projects and his work is always excellent, on time and on budget. Highly recommend.
All these reviews are a year old, this guy has more excuses and never produced receipts after I asked over 8 times, according to the Secretary of State he dosnt have a business license or a contractor license, I would never recommend him anybody
Of course it uploaded the pictures randomly. Oh well TLDR: Didn't pay me and blocked my number, continues to harass and insult me months later. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Had a great working relationship for years. He contacted me one morning wanting me to help him. I was more than happy to do so. The second day he made a mistake on a deck... I pointed it out.
