They were right on time. There was some initial confusion about pricing but they were very friendly and patient in explaining the breakdown and giving me options to choose from to ensure I got a good value for the money. The person who did the cleaning treated my house and my dogs very respectfully. He was friendly and offered some tips and suggestions for post-carpet care as well. Rob’s was able to get me scheduled in a week. David arrived early, which I appreciate. He was very professional and didn’t mind my 3 year old watching over him. He moved some light furniture, to get as much of the carpet exposed and cleaned. The carpet looks good and feels so soft. Thank you!!
They do a great job and are professional and reasonable.
