I've been going to Rob's since he was in Millwood! I've always been treated fairly and he has always been honest with me.
Most honest mechanic in town! Never have to worry taking my car there as a female who doesn't know a lot about cars.
I dropped my car off shortly before close knowing they were busy, expecting a couple days. He said he'd try to get to it the next day, which was fine by me. Around noon the next day I got a call letting me know it was in a little worse shape than originally thought, but he only thought it'd take an additional hour and let me know what he was going to do in that time. He got it done and it runs great now! I'll definitely head back there if something else pops up.

Rob is simply the best! He and his mechanics are honest, hardworking and just plain fabulous. None of them talk down to women and Rob works hard to make us feel like we're valued participants in the care of our vehicles. I appreciate all that they do. I know I will never be cheated or told something is wrong that is not. Rob's Automotive ROCKS!

We have been taking our cars to Rob's for quite a while, always fast, friendly and fair. He has opened a new location at Sprague and Girard(one block west of park), next time, give him a try, you won't be disappointed!
