Excellent customer service. We have bought 2 golf carts from Rob and have had nothing but top notch service. He is a great guy to deal with and is always willing to help when we have called with issues. We will continue to buy from him and he is the only person we take our golf carts to when something needs to be fixed. Prices are reasonable compared to other golf cart shops.
I live in Erie Pennsylvania. I was in Skiatook,stopped at Robs. A young couple was in trying to purchase a car that just came. The owner refused to sell the car before he and the staff could complete dafty check on the car. Now, thats a true man. He refused to sell the car until the car was safe and he knew it for sure. I was impressed. E explain to me, that on a preliminary inspection his staff knew the car needed tires brakes rotors and some other parts.
