“Rob” is one of the most hostile, despicable individual that I have met in my life. Frankly, I do not know how he stays in business. After giving him $300 to inform me that the boat engine bloc had a crack, he proceed to hurl insults at me because he wanted another $50. (I was not told initially what it would cost to evaluate the engine bloc) But $300 was not enough for him.
