Unbelievable Service and Support. I am a newby to the salt water arena, and I am glad my journey led me to meet Rob and Justin. Sometimes I think I might inquire or question to much, but they never make me feel that way :-). Experts in their field and very sharing with knowledge and know how.
Well I sent my daughter in here to purchase some fish and equipment for my sons. She went directly after work with excitement to purchase this surprise for her brothers. After 20...(TWENTY) minutes of her presence not being acknowledged (aside from the thank you she received upon entering, for holding the door open who unbeknownst to her was an employee) I instructed her to leave. To say I'm disappointed would be the least of the sentiments I wish to convey.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced professionals. When transitioning to maintaining marine fish and coral, I received some very good advice as well as healthy aquatic life.
Rob and Mongo are great! They are allways respectful and will do anything to help you though an issue and won't sell you anything you don't need. Robs aquatics is has the best pricing you can find around the area. Thanks guys!
