I stopped in today because I was having issues with my fishtank water. I'd rather support a small business like mine, so I went in. they answered all my questions, checked my water sample, and after chatting a bit, they told me that they only do salt water. they could have told me up front and pushed me away since I had a freshwater tank, but they helped me and went out of their way to get me answers and even gave a referral to a freshwater specialty store. These guys are awesome, have yet to find a shop that even compares in the level of customer service. I drive all the way from the north side of Chicago to Tinley to get my supplies and fish from them. Their Prices are unbeatable and they will go way out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of as a customer no matter what.
