I would not recommend this business. They are very helpful when you first contact them, but once they have your money, they do not honor their warranty. They ignore your calls, and on the rare occasion they answer, they claim they’ll call back—but they never do. Their customer service is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely frustrating. Amazing service! I enjoyed working with Eber. He was fast and very attentive. Professional workers and they did an amazing job on my roof. I spent over $100k on 9 different roofs with Robles and Sons. The work was done well but the lack of communication while not completing the work timely is unacceptable.
After five different roofers insisted I needed a complete roof replacement, I called Robles Sr. and his crew. To my surprise, they told me my roof was actually in excellent condition except some patches and seems. It turns out, none of the other companies knew anything about EPDM so they were trying to patch EPDM with TPO. Robles Sr. came out personally and meticulously patched the necessary areas.
