I spent over $100k on 9 different roofs with Robles and Sons. The work was done well but the lack of communication while not completing the work timely is unacceptable.
After five different roofers insisted I needed a complete roof replacement, I called Robles Sr. and his crew. To my surprise, they told me my roof was actually in excellent condition except some patches and seems. It turns out, none of the other companies knew anything about EPDM so they were trying to patch EPDM with TPO. Robles Sr. came out personally and meticulously patched the necessary areas. Professional, hard working group of folks. Very prompt, very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to the work. I had 2 TPO roofs installed, and the work was professionally completed per all agreements. Subsequently, at a second home I own, I hired Robles Roofing again to replace the decking and re-shingle the roof. An awesome job! I highly recommend this company - they do great work at a fair price.
