Unfortunately, my experience with Dave Robles was very disappointing. Communication was difficult throughout the process, and getting clear or useful information regarding a property he was listing proved unnecessarily challenging. In my opinion, a realtor should communicate openly, provide relevant information when requested, both sellers and purchasers should feel their business and interests are being taken seriously.
