A big shout out to Robles realty group. Stefanie, our realtor of excellence, enlisted our home 3 days prior to us receiving multiple offers. House price negotiations were handled amicably and effectively. Everything happened so quickly and smoothly with this team, the logistics I can barely describe. Meaning, they handled every aspect without us, the seller needing to be involved, other than the basics. I would highly recommend Robles to anyone buying or selling.
