Buying and selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences in life, but Dena and her entire team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This is the second time I’ve used their team, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! Everything went so smoothly, and even when a hiccup came up on the other side, they stepped up, took care of it, and constantly reassured me along the way. My in-laws had the pleasure of working with Dave on the sale of their townhouse. Dave and his team were always prompt and thorough with their responses to all our questions and concerns. The recommendations we were given for how to stage it, and the great photos brought the attention needed. Their expertise provided a timely sale in a difficult market these days. We’re grateful they made this an easy transition. Thanks Dave!

As a buyer, there were a lot of moving pieces and plenty of questions along the way, and Stefanie was an invaluable source of information from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and consistently took the time to explain things clearly so I could make informed decisions with confidence. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. Stefanie was thought... read more
We had an exceptional experience with the Robles Team and couldn’t recommend them more highly. After struggling to sell our home for several months, we decided to work with the Robles Team—and from day one, they brought their A-game. They were incredibly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Every meeting was well prepared, and we never once had to follow up or wonder about the status of something. They stayed ahead of every detail and kept the entire process moving forward. They understood what needed to be done, dev... read more
We had a death of a family friend and needing a realtor to help with the house sale. I knew Dave had gotten into the business and decided to reach out for help. Wow was that the best decision I would make this year. Dave from the start was very supportive and helpful in this process that can be long waiting on probabte. When we finally got to the point of listing he brought in Stefanie to help and she was absolutely amazing from the start. The two of them were the best team that we could have to be honest. From the start the... read more
