Our twins were both treated at Robinwood Smiles, and the clinical care was excellent. I especially want to recognize Jennifer Serrano, who was incredibly helpful when a change in dental insurance created a complicated reimbursement process. She corrected and reissued forms, tracked down treatment records and dates, and responded quickly to every question. She was patient, friendly, and thorough through all of it. That kind of support makes a real difference. Highly recommended.
The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. They were also very polite. I am so glad I discovered this place. I highly recommend it.
