The staff is helpful and professional. When I go between 12:30-1 PM there is rarely much waiting time. I am a hard stick, but they usually find a vein the 1st attempt.

First of all, Dr. Maldonado is good at what she does. That said, the front office staff is consistently rude & not helpful to patients. I will quickly tell you about my latest experience, and let you decide. In March, Dr. M sent me for an ACTH test (the results of which verify whether or not I have a very serius disease) with instructions to call her office for my results in three days following the test.
