I didn’t have my appointment because even though their website allowed me to make an “after hours” appointment and it was confirmed, when I arrived there was no one there and the door was locked. Very unprofessional.
Didn’t process my medical records release request to the third party after 4 -5 months of waiting. Told to call third party to see the status and stated they don’t see it.
Dr Badr, PA-C Eyler were all good. Dr Nguyen was great. He explained everything about the procedure. Dr Bhatia only recommends surgery as a last resort. I would recommend them.
They are the best. Everyone is so friendly and nice. My doctor is Dr. Kuakus and he is the absolute best. He is helping me keep my foot. I highly recommend this office and him!
Same issue here with some of the other posters. The Front desk lady is clueless. Have had multiple visits where they cant figure out how to properly bill insurance. The advice she has given is completely inaccurate when it comes to health insurance in the state of Maryland.
