First of all, Dr. Maldonado is good at what she does. That said, the front office staff is consistently rude & not helpful to patients. In March, Dr. M sent me for an ACTH test (the results of which verify whether or not I have a very serius disease) with instructions to call her office for my results in three days following the test.
