After seeing two other cardiologists, a friend recommended Robinwood Heart Center. I am so glad she did. I see Julie Caphor and she can be summed up in one word “awesome". She is very personable and really puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain your condition to you and talk to you about your symptoms and concerns. I just wish all healthcare providers were like her.

The front staff are the most rude, arrogant front staff I’ve ever dealt with. First it’s like you’re bothering them, they never smile, will totally ignore you standing there and for the first thing you encounter going to this office isn’t a good look. I’ve made 2 appointment, 2 years apart and after having to go in and speak to them I’ve cancelled. They are just disrespectful. Julie is just fabulous. Explained my issue and put me at ease. Answered all my questions and explained the medication. The staff is also courteous and personable. Only one constructive criticism, the decor needs a serious makeover. Exam rooms and bathroom (women).

People in the office are nice enough, staff were helpful in person. My issue is with scheduling, had an appointment in September, a week before I got a call to reschedule because a doctor wouldn’t be in the office. I reschedule for a later date in December, then I get a call a week before again to reschedule. It would be nice if the staff could schedule me properly, I don’t feel like waiting 6 months to get in the office. Just be aware the staff who call to schedule you aren’t the same people who are physically in the office... read more
