I take the kickboxing classes. The classes are always a great cardio workout for all levels and they are fun, I like that there is a variety of ages that attend classes! I am happy with the progress I have made... I love kickboxing!

When watching your kids from the sidelines is not an option. Consider joining this fantastic Dojang. Family practice is an efficient use of my time, and great for building connections with my family and the community. They have it all--sparring, forms, weapons, and fun events. And at the center of class a heartwarming moment when you get to know your neighbor.
My family and I started coming here in March and we love it. The instructors are fantastic and the work outs we follow can be done at any athletic level. We love Family TKD and highly recommend!!!
It’s not just a good place to get your exercise on, it’s doing this among good people in a genuinely welcoming family atmosphere. Not only do you get to find out a lot about yourself, your interactions with others enhances the quality of your life. It’s an ego free zone, and I cannot overstate how refreshing it is. Come join us, there’s plenty of room in our house 😇🙏🏽. Once there you’ll ask yourself what took you so long 😊.
