Carmichael family taekwondo is a great place to learn taekwondo. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel real comfortable working out. Master Ogata and Master Peschke are just great. The academy is family oriented so the whole family enjoys working out together.
Trained there for seven years. Expert level trainers and lots of options. Forget the gym. You want to build your core and lower body strength go to tkd. No brainer.
