I took them a power washer with a Honda engine. The guy immediately diagnosed the problem (oily air filter) sold me parts (Spark plug and air filter), installed them for free, charged me for the parts ($14.57) and sent me on my way with a working motor. Couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable or more helpful.
