Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable in regards to her craft. The best treatment at a reasonable price. I have been a patient for over 25 yrs. I would of given 5 stars. However, the hygienist said things that were inappropriate regarding my treatment. Which had given me some anxiety. Dr. Robinson resolved the conflict and I followed through with my treatment. Lets, not let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.
I would like to say this is by far the best DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Starting from when i walked in the door the front desk customer service was SUPERB, i was greeted by Trece she was such a sweetheart she made me feel at ease and like i had nothing to worry about (mind you I'm MORE than Terrified of the Dentist) not only from the front desk but the dental Assistant were welcoming as well... If I could rate this awful, uncaring, completely incompetent Dentist it would be a -O. A though I found the front desk staff to be somewhat friendly & knowledgeable. There is room for improvement for sure. In March 2015, w/o going into great detail was actually going to extract two teeth of mine that were severely infected and impacted, w/o hesitation and not once opening up my dental chart to see what the problems were. My experince has nothing to do with the dentist since we never got the pleasure of actually seeing a dentist at this office. I was frustrated with the staff and by the time I finally found the place and saw how unwelcoming they were I left. First I left the address and it was first time coming to this dentist, I had no idea what the dentist name was, but found the place by readin other reviews at a different location.
