Took off a day from work to drive over from Houston. Family been using this group for many years. Was never told nor asked if they Do not accept Medicare. Was in the chair before was asked and was told they don’t take. Extremely disappointed that I was never asked or told. Ask to speak to office manager and told it was a “misunderstanding” , clearly was not a misunderstanding but a lack of systems and communications on their part.
