Super helpful staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I brought the defective part with me and wanted to buy a replacement. Since I didn’t know the exact brand, they were unwilling to help further. Unfortunately, not very customer-oriented and there seemed to be little genuine interest in finding a solution.
