Poor Google rating score says it all really. Ann Fernance has been unnecessarily difficult at every interaction and I believe could be advising our OC in a more professional way rather than enabling & supporting petty obstructive behaviour. We won a NCAT hearing which was costly to both parties in part because she did not advise the OC of their obligations under the Strata Act.
