I paid for ½ this month and all of next month, I signed the lease, I get the gate code. Pack up car, pay a babysitter, send friends with trucks gas money. I go 1st to make sure my lock fits and unload 1st car full ... And Gate code doesn't work! Says call manager, I call the only number listed, and leave a voicemail I try the code at the other two doors still also doesn't work and yes I do the store and other code hit pound I get the same thing, Access denied, access denied, access denied, I video recorded it... Clean storage and great customer service! I needed an emergency unit for a little bit and forgot to cancel my lease for October , but they refunded the money without me even asking! Which is a life saver as a college student!!
