Absolutely awful people to deal with. Hard to get people over to look at houses and deal with any issues for those currently renting. Will put you through the ringer.
Horrible business practices, advised us to pay of some old debt to finish approval of a rental home, which we done only to be told the house was leased less than 2 days later. We are out the app fee plus 3k. Be honest upfront! the bare minimum you guys could do is either give people a time frame up front if you request something or let people know that doing anything that you ask does not guarantee a home. Un real!
