Horrible business practices, advised us to pay of some old debt to finish approval of a rental home, which we done only to be told the house was leased less than 2 days later. We are out the app fee plus 3k. Be honest upfront! the bare minimum you guys could do is either give people a time frame up front if you request something or let people know that doing anything that you ask does not guarantee a home. Un real!
100000% better than Riverhill/Swoope.
I don't recommend anyone to try and get a house or apt. From them 50 for application fee nonrefundable. I feel as if you aren't approved to give people they money back.
