The agent who called me back to inquire about my rental property was not only rude and unprofessional, but completely based. When a client asks what liability you offer for the services you provide, the answer should be simple or "I'll get back to you". It definitely should not be you hurt ego when you start blaming me for even asking a business related question. This company just wants to take your money and never deal with you again. Stay away.
Relocating to the Northampton area for work with a deadline date. We were working with other rental companies in the area specifically a certain one that I will not mention there name but if you are reading this review or have read others online you know exactly what company I'm talking about. Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. I have worked with Jenn, at Robinson's Realty several times. She is very knowledgable about rentals in the area. She is honest, straightforward, and very professional. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone searching for a home in the Northampton area incuding Hadley, and Easthampton. Jenn is the best!
Jen was amazing, when we first met her she knew right away that the first apartment wasn't going too meet our needs and the next day showed us a new listing that we applied and were accepted for! She made what should have been a stressful process so incredibly easy and if I am ever ready to move again she will be my first call.
